Ingredients:
- 210g walnut
- 40g brown sugar
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1 star anise
- 120ml water
To-do:
- Rinse thoroughly walnut until clean
- Add all ingredients except walnut into heated pan
- Add walnut and let it boiling with high heat
- Change to medium heat and stir until no sauce left. Take the star anise out
- Preheat air fryer 180 degrees 5 minutes
- Bake the coated walnuts in the air fryer 4 minutes in 160 degrees, stir to rotate the nuts and bake again for 2 minutes
