Ingredients:
- Sichuan peppercorn / 花椒
- Minced pork
- Minced garlic
- Green onions, thinly sliced
- 1tbsp Dou ban jiang / chili bean sauce
- 1/2tsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/2tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2tsp Sugar
- Sesame oil
- Corn starch + water mixing
To-do:
- Add oil in the heated pan and fry Sichuan peppercorn until fragrant. Filter the peppercorn with oil. We are using only the oil.
- Stir fry peppercorn oil with minced pork. Cook until the pork becomes white color.
- Add minced garlic and half portions of the green onions on the side and stir fry until fragrant.
- Add dou ban jiang and tomato ketchup, mix well.
- Add soy sauce and sugar, mix well. Taste the flavor. If it's too salty, add water and let it boil.
- Add sesame oil and mix well.
- Add corn starch water and mix well. Add half of the green onions before serving.
