Kimchi Pasta



Ingredients:

  • 250g Spaghetti
  • Bacon
  • Butter
  • 1pcs small onions (dice cut)
  • 200g Kimchi
  • 200ml heavy cream / substitute with 3:1 milk:melted butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Optional: salt

To-do:
  1. Add in spaghetti into boiling water for 10-11 minutes or until al-dente. Getting out of the pan and then put it aside
  2. Dry fry bacon on the heat pan until brown color, add butter, then add diced cut onions, cook until the onions turn translucent color
  3. Add kimchi with all the water
  4. Add heavy cream. Taste it, add salt if it is not enough salty
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and cook for 1 minute
  6. Add parmesan cheese
  7. Add black pepper, mix well
  8. Turn off the heat and add egg yolk. Mix well. Ready to serve :)
