Ingredients:
- 250g Spaghetti
- Bacon
- Butter
- 1pcs small onions (dice cut)
- 200g Kimchi
- 200ml heavy cream / substitute with 3:1 milk:melted butter
- Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- Optional: salt
To-do:
- Add in spaghetti into boiling water for 10-11 minutes or until al-dente. Getting out of the pan and then put it aside
- Dry fry bacon on the heat pan until brown color, add butter, then add diced cut onions, cook until the onions turn translucent color
- Add kimchi with all the water
- Add heavy cream. Taste it, add salt if it is not enough salty
- Add cooked spaghetti and cook for 1 minute
- Add parmesan cheese
- Add black pepper, mix well
- Turn off the heat and add egg yolk. Mix well. Ready to serve :)
