Ingredients:
- Pork roast (thin cut, marinate with corn flour, salt and white pepper)
- Carrot, thinly sliced
- Black fungus, thinly sliced
- Shimeji mushroom, thinly hand ripped
- Soft tofu, thinly sliced
- Eggs, beaten
- Dou ban jiang /chili bean sauce
- Soy sauce
- Water
- Salt
- Sugar
- White pepper
- Corn starch + water
- Chili oil
- Black vinegar
Before serving:
If you like more sourness of the soup, add white vinegar before serving
If you like more spiciness of the soup, add white pepper before serving
To-do:
- Add a little bit oil and stir fry marinated pork
- Add carrot and black fungus, stir fry until fragrant
- Add dou ban jiang and soy sauce
- Add water, let it cook until boiling
- Add shimeji and tofu
- Add salt, sugar and white pepper. Taste it, if it is not enough salty, add more salt
- Add corn starch water and mix well until your desire thickness
- Add beaten egg, try to pour from higher position to make egg flowers and stir softly the soup
- Add chili oil if you like a little bit of hot kick
- Before serving, you can add more white pepper and white/black vinegar
