Ingredients:
- 200g Anchovies
- 200g Peanuts
- 4 cloves thin sliced garlic
- Thin sliced green onions (divide white and green parts)
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1,5-2tsp soy sauce
- 2tsp black vinegar
- Sesame seeds
- Chopped chili
To-do:
- Air fried anchovies and peanuts separately until golden brown (using a little bit of oil and mix well before air frying)
- Add oil on heated pan, stir fry garlic and white parts green onions until fragrant
- Add peanuts and anchovies
- Add sugar, soy sauce, black vinegar and sesame seeds. Quick sauté with medium heat until sugar resolve
- Add chopped chili and green parts of green onions, mix well. Do it quickly and it's ready
