Ingredients:
- 600g pork ribs
- corn flour/tapioca starch
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2tsp white pepper
- 1tsp paprika powder
- 1/2tbsp oyster sauce
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 60g onions (long sliced)
- 200g carrots (big cut)
- 300g potatoes (big cut)
- 1/2tsp salt
- 60ml beer
To-do:
- Cleaning pork ribs by adding corn flour and a little bit of water, mix well. Then rinse off with water to remove all the blood smell
- Mix all the ingredients: salt, white pepper, paprika powder, oyster sauce and soy sauce
- Then add pork ribs. Mix well. Let it marinate for at least 40 minutes in the refrigerator
- Add a little bit of cooking oil on the pressure cooker. Sauté onions until fragrant
- Add carrots and potatoes and stir fry for 1 minute then add salt
- Add the marinated pork ribs on top of the carrots and potatoes. No stirring needed
- Add beer and let it cook in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes
- When the time is up, open pressure cooker's lid and sauté in the pressure cooker to reduce the sauce until your preferred thickness
