Air Fried Salt & Pepper Chicken Thigh


Ingredients:

  • 2pcs chicken whole thigh
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • 1/2tsp white pepper
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tbsp rice wine
  • 30g green onions (long cut)
  • 30g ginger (thin sliced)
To bake
  • Tapioca starch/sweet potato flour + cooking oil
Air fried: 15 minutes 180 degrees + 10 minutes 180 degrees

To-do:
  1. Mix all ingredients (pressing ginger and green onions). Add chicken thigh and mix well
  2. Marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator
  3. Take out of the refrigerator and coat with tapioca starch
  4. Rub with cooking oil both sides before air fried.
  5. Air fried 180 degrees for 15 minutes (skin down) and then flip over (skin up) for 10 minutes with same temperature (180 degrees)
