Ingredients:
- 2pcs chicken whole thigh
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/2tsp sugar
- 1/2tsp white pepper
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 2tbsp rice wine
- 30g green onions (long cut)
- 30g ginger (thin sliced)
To bake
- Tapioca starch/sweet potato flour + cooking oil
Air fried: 15 minutes 180 degrees + 10 minutes 180 degrees
To-do:
- Mix all ingredients (pressing ginger and green onions). Add chicken thigh and mix well
- Marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator
- Take out of the refrigerator and coat with tapioca starch
- Rub with cooking oil both sides before air fried.
- Air fried 180 degrees for 15 minutes (skin down) and then flip over (skin up) for 10 minutes with same temperature (180 degrees)
