Ingredients:
100g Sliced Pork
Sauce for marinating the pork:
1tbsp Soybean Sauce
1tbsp Sake
1tbsp Mirin
2tsp Miso
2pcs Garlic Paste
10g or more Ginger Paste
Vegetables:
1/4 Onion
bit of Cabbage (cut square size)
bit of Carrot (cut long size)
Green Onion (long slice), separate white and green parts
To do:
- Marinate the pork with the sauce (around 15mins), I used left over pork belly instead of sliced pork. But sliced pork is tastier :)
- Put oil on the pan, fry onion, white color of green onion, cabbage and carrot until half cooked. Add salt and black pepper. Get it out and put on plate.
- Put a bit of oil on the pan, cook marinate pork until golden brown
- Add vegetables and mix well. Add green parts of onions and mix well.
- Ready to serve :)
