Ingredients:
- 1pcs chicken thigh with bone (can subtitue with pork belly)
- 6pcs dried longan, soak with hot water
- 4pcs red dates, sliced middle, soak with longan
- 6pcs whole garlic
- few long sliced green onion
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2tbsp rice wine
- White pepper
- Optional: fried tofu
To-do:
- Stir fry chicken until fragrant. Add garlic and green onion. Sauté until the garlic turns light brown color or until fragrant
- Add dried longan and red dates together with the soaked water
- Add fried tofu
- Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine and white pepper. Taste it.
- Let it cook until the sauce become thick.
- And it's ready to serve.
