Greek-Style Yogurt Marinated Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg chicken breast
  • 8tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1tsp salt (if serving with rice, can less than 1tsp salt)
  • 1/2tbsp oregano
  • 1/2tsp cumin
  • 1/2tsp paprika
  • black pepper
To-do:
  1. Slice the chicken breast into striped size
  2. Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator
  3. Allow the chicken to come to room temperature before cook in pan or bake in oven/air fryer
  4. To cook on the pan, add a little bit of olive oil and place the chicken in the pan. Cook 5 minutes each side and flip over. Try not to flip the chicken over before 5 minutes or the chicken will tear. Yogurt tends to stick.
  5. To bake in the air fryer, preheat air fryer and bake 10 minutes in 180 grad. Flip over and bake more 5 minutes.
