Ingredients:
- 1/2kg chicken breast
- 8tbsp plain yogurt
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1tsp salt (if serving with rice, can less than 1tsp salt)
- 1/2tbsp oregano
- 1/2tsp cumin
- 1/2tsp paprika
- black pepper
To-do:
- Slice the chicken breast into striped size
- Mix all the ingredients with chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator
- Allow the chicken to come to room temperature before cook in pan or bake in oven/air fryer
- To cook on the pan, add a little bit of olive oil and place the chicken in the pan. Cook 5 minutes each side and flip over. Try not to flip the chicken over before 5 minutes or the chicken will tear. Yogurt tends to stick.
- To bake in the air fryer, preheat air fryer and bake 10 minutes in 180 grad. Flip over and bake more 5 minutes.
