- 1pcs bitter gourd (cut thick size + fry)
- 3pcs shitake (soaked, cut long size + fry)
- garlic (cut diced)
- long chili
- oyster sauce
- salt
To-do:
- Rinse bitter gourd with hot salt boiling water to remove bitterness
- Stir fry garlic and chili until fragrant
- Add fried shitake and bitter gourd, stir fry until fragrant
- Add oyster sauce, salt and water from soaking shitake
- Taste flavor
- Cook with high heat until boiling, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the bitter gourd is soft
- Taste again and adjust to your liking
- Ready to serve
