Bitter Gourd with Oyster Sauce




Ingredients:

  • 1pcs bitter gourd (cut thick size + fry)
  • 3pcs shitake (soaked, cut long size + fry)
  • garlic (cut diced)
  • long chili
  • oyster sauce
  • salt
To-do:
  1. Rinse bitter gourd with hot salt boiling water to remove bitterness
  2. Stir fry garlic and chili until fragrant
  3. Add fried shitake and bitter gourd, stir fry until fragrant
  4. Add oyster sauce, salt and water from soaking shitake
  5. Taste flavor
  6. Cook with high heat until boiling, then turn to low heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the bitter gourd is soft
  7. Taste again and adjust to your liking
  8. Ready to serve
