  • 1tsp black pepper
  • 1tsp onion powder

  • 1/2tsp cayenne pepper (can add more for more spiciness)
  • 1/2tbsp worcestershire sauce (can substitute with soy sauce)
  • 250ml water
Optional: carrot and potato, put together for pressure cooker

To-do:
  1. Press beef ribs into the rub, coating all sides. Shake off excess.
  2. Place ribs in sauce, turning to coat evenly. Arrange meat side down in the sauce, bone side exposed. Sauce won't cover completely and it's ok.
  3. Cover tightly the pressure cooker and let it cook in pressure cooker for 1,5 hour on high.
  4. When it's ready, there will be ton of oil from beef ribs comes out to the surface. Just throw the oily part.
  5. Before serving, air fry the ribs (without sauce) for 10minutes 180 degrees or until surface is caramelized and sticky.
  6. Serve with sauce.
