Ingredients:
5 pisang mas ripe bananas / 2 big ripe bananas (mash with fork and set aside)
Part 1 mix ingredients:
- 70g sugar
- 37g vegetable oil
- 30g plain yogurt
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
Part 2 mix and sift ingredients:
- 90g cake flour
- 3/4tsp baking powder
- 1/8tsp baking soda
- 1/4tsp salt
Other ingredients:
- 40ml milk
- chopped chunks chocolate
- Almond slice for garnish on the top
For: Philips square baking pan 174x164x70mm
Preheat: 180 degrees
Baking time: 180 degrees in 15mins, 160 degrees in 15mins
To-do:
- Mix part 1 ingredients with mashed bananas
- Add in sifted part 2 dry ingredients in 2 batches. Fold in with a spatula until the flour disappear. Do not over mix.
- Add in the milk in 2 batches, alternate with the dry ingredients.
- Add in chopped chocolate, fold them until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into prepared pan. Garnish with almond slice.
- Bake in preheated air fryer at 180/160 degrees in about 30 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on the rack before cutting it.
