Easy Eggless Banana Bread

Ingredients:

5 pisang mas ripe bananas / 2 big ripe bananas (mash with fork and set aside)

Part 1 mix ingredients:

  • 70g sugar
  • 37g vegetable oil
  • 30g plain yogurt
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
Part 2 mix and sift ingredients:
  • 90g cake flour
  • 3/4tsp baking powder
  • 1/8tsp baking soda
  • 1/4tsp salt
Other ingredients:
  • 40ml milk
  • chopped chunks chocolate
  • Almond slice for garnish on the top
For: Philips square baking pan 174x164x70mm  
Preheat: 180 degrees
Baking time: 180 degrees in 15mins, 160 degrees in 15mins

To-do:
  1. Mix part 1 ingredients with mashed bananas
  2. Add in sifted part 2 dry ingredients in 2 batches. Fold in with a spatula until the flour disappear. Do not over mix.
  3. Add in the milk in 2 batches, alternate with the dry ingredients.
  4.  Add in chopped chocolate, fold them until well mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into prepared pan. Garnish with almond slice.
  6. Bake in preheated air fryer at 180/160 degrees in about 30 minutes or until the skewer inserted comes out clean.
  7. Cool on the rack before cutting it.
  8. The banana bread is ready to serve. Guten Appetit!
