Ingredients:
- 200g Slices pork belly
- Tofu skin
- 1tbsp miso (ratio 2:1 miso vs doubanjiang)
- 1/2tbsp doubanjiang bean paste 豆瓣醬
- 3tbsp sesame sauce
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 200ml unsweetened soy bean milk
Optional: Chinese cabbage, white tofu
To-do:
- Dry frying slices pork belly until the fat oil coming out.
- Add 1 cup of water and cook until boiling.
- Add sieved miso, doubanjiang on the pan and mix well.
- Add sesame paste and soy sauce and taste the flavor.
- Add tofu skin
- Turn off heat and add soy bean milk. Remember don't add soy bean milk on the boiling soup, the milk texture will curdle. And taste it. You can add more sesame sauce or soy milk or as per your preferences.
