Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 60g castor sugar
- 1/2tsp lemon juice
- 2 egg yolks
- 60g cake flour
- 15ml melted butter
- 20ml espresso
- optional: walnuts or almond to sprinkle on top before baking
Round mold 14cm
To-do:
- Beat egg whites with castor sugar with mixer (divide in 3 times) until fluffy (medium speed)
- Add lemon juice and beat again until high peak
- Add egg yolks and mix well (using spatula or handwhisk)
- Add shifted cake flour, mix well
- Add melted butter, mix well
- Add espresso and mix well (don't over mix)
Bake in air fryer 160 grad in 30mins
