Ingredients:
- 1/2kg chicken (cut into eat portion)
- 1 can beer
- 3 slice ginger
- 6pcs whole garlic (or more)
- 1tbsp Soy bean sauce
- 1tbsp Shaoxing wine
- Sesame oil
- Salt and sugar
- White pepper
- Green onions
To-do:
- Stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrant
- Add chicken and let it fry until you see the chicken half burned
- Add soy bean sauce and shaoxing wine
- Add beer and let it simmer (close lid) until the sauce begin to dry
- Add salt, sugar sesame oil and then taste it
- If it's ready, add leek and white pepper before serving
