Stir Fry Chicken Beer / 啤酒雞

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg chicken (cut into eat portion)
  • 1 can beer
  • 3 slice ginger
  • 6pcs whole garlic (or more)
  • 1tbsp Soy bean sauce
  • 1tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • Sesame oil
  • Salt and sugar
  • White pepper
  • Green onions
To-do:
  1. Stir fry ginger and garlic until fragrant
  2. Add chicken and let it fry until you see the chicken half burned
  3. Add soy bean sauce and shaoxing wine
  4. Add beer and let it simmer (close lid) until the sauce begin to dry
  5. Add salt, sugar sesame oil and then taste it
  6. If it's ready, add leek and white pepper before serving
