Ingredients:
- 100g pork belly (thin cut)
- 5pcs garlic (cut half)
- 3 slices ginger
- few green onions - white parts (long cut)
- 1 block tofu (square size) - deep fried
- 4pcs shitake mushroom (thin cut)
- Potato starch water
Sauce:
- Add oil in the claypot and stir fry pork belly until fragrant
- Add garlic, ginger and green onions. Mix well
- Add mushroom and tofu, sauté until well mix
- Add prepared sauce, close the lid and let it cook for 5 minutes
- Taste it. If the sauce becomes too dry, add a bit of water
- Add potato starch water to thicken the sauce, mix well and ready to eat :)
