Chicken Tender Using Air Fryer

Ingredients:

For marinating chicken

  • 500g chicken tenders / chicken breast (cut in long slice)
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2tbsp olive oil
  • 2tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp fresh chopped parsley / celery
  • 3/4tsp salt to season
  • black pepper
For frying
  • 1-1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp onion powder 
  • optional: 1/4cup fresh grated parmesan
For dipping
Honey mustard sauce (mix all the ingredients below)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard 
  • 1/4 cup honey
Baking time: 180 grad 10 mins + flip over the chicken and bake for another 5mins

To-do:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180 grad
  2. In a large bowl, mix all marinating ingredients, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30mins
  3. In another bowl, combine all the frying ingredients
  4. Coat the marinated chicken tender to the frying mixture and spray the chicken with cooking oil
  5. Bake 180 grad in 10 mins, flip and bake for a further 5mins or until cooked through
