Ingredients:
For marinating chicken
- 500g chicken tenders / chicken breast (cut in long slice)
- 1 beaten egg
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp fresh chopped parsley / celery
- 3/4tsp salt to season
- black pepper
For frying
- 1-1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1tsp paprika powder
- 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1/2tsp onion powder
- optional: 1/4cup fresh grated parmesan
For dipping
Honey mustard sauce (mix all the ingredients below)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
Baking time: 180 grad 10 mins + flip over the chicken and bake for another 5mins
To-do:
- Preheat air fryer to 180 grad
- In a large bowl, mix all marinating ingredients, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30mins
- In another bowl, combine all the frying ingredients
- Coat the marinated chicken tender to the frying mixture and spray the chicken with cooking oil
- Bake 180 grad in 10 mins, flip and bake for a further 5mins or until cooked through
