Ingredients:
- 1pcs bitter gourd (thin sliced and boil in hot water to reduce the bitterness)
- 2pcs salted egg (separate egg yolk and egg white, cut diced)
- 2pcs garlic (cut diced)
- optional: chili
- sugar
- salt and white pepper
To-do:
- Diced cut salted egg yolk divide into 2 portion, 1 for stir fry in the beginning and another one to add in before serving
- Add oil in medium high heat and stir fry egg yolk until start bubbling
- Add garlic, chili and boiled bitter gourd, stir fry until fragrant
- Add salted egg white, sugar, salt and pepper and taste
- Finally add the rest of the egg yolk and ready to serve!
