Bitter Gourd with Salted Egg York / 鹹蛋苦瓜


Ingredients:

  • 1pcs bitter gourd (thin sliced and boil in hot water to reduce the bitterness)
  • 2pcs salted egg (separate egg yolk and egg white, cut diced)
  • 2pcs garlic (cut diced)
  • optional: chili
  • sugar
  • salt and white pepper
To-do:
  1. Diced cut salted egg yolk divide into 2 portion, 1 for stir fry in the beginning and another one to add in before serving
  2. Add oil in medium high heat and stir fry egg yolk until start bubbling
  3. Add garlic, chili and boiled bitter gourd, stir fry until fragrant
  4. Add salted egg white, sugar, salt and pepper and taste
  5. Finally add the rest of the egg yolk and ready to serve!
