Ingredients:
- Beef flank (skirt)/牛腩 or boneless ribs (牛肋條)
- 1pcs medium sized onion
- Butter
- 2pcs radish
- 2-3pcs carrot
- Tomato sauce
- Doubanjiang / chili bean sauce
- Sweet soybean sauce
- Soybean sauce
- Few cloves and 3cm cinnamon
- Boiled pak choy / green vegetables (optional)
- Boiled noodles
To-do:
- Add butter on the pan and fry onion until fragrant
- Add in beef and stir fry until light brown
- Add in water and the rest of the seasonings (tomato sauce, doubanjiang, sweet soybean sauce, soybean sauce, cloves and cinnamon)
- Pressure cook until beef is tender (4-5 whistle) and taste the flavor
- Add the seasoning according your own taste
- Add in radish and carrot, cook until soft
- Serve this soup with noodles and green vegetables
