Super Easy Airfried Potato Croquettes / Perkedel Kentang

 Ingredients:

500g potatoes
5pcs shallot
5pcs garlic
1tsp white pepper
1pcs celery (fine sliced)
1pcs whisk egg
Salt
Sugar

To-do:
  1. Boil or steam potato until cooked and mash with fork
  2. Heat oil, sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant
  3. Mix sautéed shallot and garlic, white pepper, celery, salt and sugar to the mashed potato. Taste before shaping
  4. Shape into flat round shape
  5. Preheat air fryer 180 grad for 8 mins
  6. Apply whisked egg to prepared croquettes (apply 2 sides) and bake 160 grad for 5 minutes 
  7. The baking time depends on the size of the croquettes, if it is not brown enough add heat, if it is not dry enough add time, if only one size brown, just flip it over.
