Ingredients:
- White snapper head
- Taro
- Ginger
- Leek
- Salt, white pepper
Preparation:
- Clean white snapper head, wipe dry and greasing some salt on it
- Cut taro to desire size (not too small)
- Sliced thin ginger
- Cut leek in long size
To-do:
- Add bit oil on the pan, fry taro for few minutes and put aside
- Add few sliced ginger to the pan with remaining oil until fragrant then take out the ginger
- Add fish head and fry for few minutes
- Add boiling water to the fish pan
- Add remaining sliced ginger
- Cook until the water become more white
- Then add fried taro
- Add seasoning: salt and white pepper, and taste
- Add leek
