Fish Head Soup with Taro / White Snapper with Taro Soup




Ingredients:

  • White snapper head
  • Taro
  • Ginger
  • Leek
  • Salt, white pepper
Preparation:
  • Clean white snapper head, wipe dry and greasing some salt on it
  • Cut taro to desire size (not too small)
  • Sliced thin ginger 
  • Cut leek in long size
To-do:
  1. Add bit oil on the pan, fry taro for few minutes and put aside
  2. Add few sliced ginger to the pan with remaining oil until fragrant then take out the ginger
  3. Add fish head and fry for few minutes
  4. Add boiling water to the fish pan
  5. Add remaining sliced ginger
  6. Cook until the water become more white
  7. Then add fried taro
  8. Add seasoning: salt and white pepper, and taste
  9. Add leek 
  10. Ready to eat! Guten Appetit :)
