Super Easy Braised Pork / 滷肉





Ingredients:




  • Pork belly + brown sugar
  • Fried tofu
  • Green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Handful of shallot

For seasoning:

  • 1cup black soybean
  • 1/2cup rice wine
  • 2tbsp white pepper
  • Water until cover all the ingredients
  • Optional: rock sugar

To-do:

  1. Pan fried pork belly (skin down) until a little bit golden brown and add brown sugar, fried until fragrant (no oil needed)

  2. Add all the ingredients and seasoning in the pressure cooker.

  3. Cook until the pork tender and ready to eat :)
