Ingredients:
- Pork belly + brown sugar
- Fried tofu
- Green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Handful of shallot
For seasoning:
- 1cup black soybean
- 1/2cup rice wine
- 2tbsp white pepper
- Water until cover all the ingredients
- Optional: rock sugar
To-do:
- Pan fried pork belly (skin down) until a little bit golden brown and add brown sugar, fried until fragrant (no oil needed)
- Add all the ingredients and seasoning in the pressure cooker.
- Cook until the pork tender and ready to eat :)
