2pcs mango (1 puree, 1 cut diced)
1/2 cup tapioca pearls
200ml coconut milk (add little by little)
salt
sugar
optional: pandan leaves
To-do:
- Cook tapioca pearls with 1:10 ratio, which means 1/2 cup tapioca pearls = 5 cup water
- Put tapioca pearls in boiling water and stir well
- Cook for around 20mins or until the white in the center of pearls slightly disappear
- Strain excess water and soak the pearl in the cold water
- Cook coconut milk, add sugar and pandan leaves
- Add tapioca pearls and mango puree. Taste it until your desirable flavor
- Lastly, add diced mango
- Serve it cold
