Mango Sago




Ingredients:
2pcs mango (1 puree, 1 cut diced)
1/2 cup tapioca pearls
200ml coconut milk (add little by little)
salt
sugar
optional: pandan leaves

To-do:
  1. Cook tapioca pearls with 1:10 ratio, which means 1/2 cup tapioca pearls = 5 cup water
  2. Put tapioca pearls in boiling water and stir well
  3. Cook for around 20mins or until the white in the center of pearls slightly disappear
  4. Strain excess water and soak the pearl in the cold water
  5. Cook coconut milk, add sugar and pandan leaves
  6. Add tapioca pearls and mango puree. Taste it until your desirable flavor
  7. Lastly, add diced mango
  8. Serve it cold
