- 6 chicken thighs, skin-on with bone
- 1tsp salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
- minced garlic
- 1/2-1pcs lemon -> juice (add more lemon if you like strong sourness flavor)
- 1/2cup chicken broth
- dried oregano
- dried thyme
- fresh chopped parsley
- lemon slices for garnish
To-do:
- Preheat air fryer to 180 degree
- Pat dry chicken thigh and season with salt and pepper
- Preheat oil, sear chicken skin-side down until golden browned. Flip and sear the underside until the meat is golden
- Move chicken thighs on the plate, add minced garlic to the pan juices. Saute until fragrant
- Pour in the lemon juice and chicken broth. Add the rest of the herbs
- Transfer chicken to the pan and air fried for 15-20mins
- Taste test, adjust salt and pepper if needed. Serve with lemon slices
