Lemon Chicken with Airfryer



Ingredients:
  • 6 chicken thighs, skin-on with bone
  • 1tsp salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil
  • minced garlic
  • 1/2-1pcs lemon -> juice (add more lemon if you like strong sourness flavor)
  • 1/2cup chicken broth
  • dried oregano
  • dried thyme
  • fresh chopped parsley
  • lemon slices for garnish
To-do:
  1. Preheat air fryer to 180 degree
  2. Pat dry chicken thigh and season with salt and pepper
  3. Preheat oil, sear chicken skin-side down until golden browned. Flip and sear the underside until the meat is golden
  4. Move chicken thighs on the plate, add minced garlic to the pan juices. Saute until fragrant
  5. Pour in the lemon juice and chicken broth. Add the rest of the herbs
  6. Transfer chicken to the pan and air fried for 15-20mins
  7. Taste test, adjust salt and pepper if needed. Serve with lemon slices
