250g sliced beef
1pcs medium size onion
300g water
2tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp rice wine
2tsp mirin
1tsp sugar
1tbsp dashi
1/4 tsp ginger paste
kimchi + chili powder
To-do:
- Add soya sauce, rice wine, mirin, sugar, dashi and ginger paste in 300g water
- Cook until it is boiling and add onion. Cook for 5mins with lid closed.
- Add beef and cook 10mins with lid closed. Taste it and adjust until your desire flavor.
- Place gyudon on top of the rice accompany with kimchi and chili powder
