Japanese Kimchi Gyudon



Ingredients:
250g sliced beef
1pcs medium size onion
300g water
2tbsp soya sauce
2tbsp rice wine
2tsp mirin
1tsp sugar
1tbsp dashi
1/4 tsp ginger paste
kimchi + chili powder

To-do:
  1. Add soya sauce, rice wine, mirin, sugar, dashi and ginger paste in 300g water
  2. Cook until it is boiling and add onion. Cook for 5mins with lid closed.
  3. Add beef and cook 10mins with lid closed. Taste it and adjust until your desire flavor.
  4. Place gyudon on top of the rice accompany with kimchi and chili powder
  5. Guten Appetit!
