- 200g cabbage, slice thin
- 100g all purpose flour
- 1tbsp tapioca flour
- 2pcs eggs
- 100ml milk
- 1tsp dashi powder
- sugar, salt, black pepper
- Optional: scallions, slice thin
- Optional topping: ham/slices pork/seafood
For the topping:

- 2tbsp tomato sauce
- 2tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1tbsp oyster sauce
- Mayonnaise sauce
- Katsuobushi
To-do:
- Mix all the ingredients
- Heat pan and add 3tbsp oil to the pan. Fry okonomiyaki like fry eggs, you can adjust the thickness of the okonomiyaki based on your own preferences
- Add toppings (ham/slices pork) on top of the wet batter and when the bottom of the batter already dry, flip it over and fry until cooked
- For the topping: mix tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce
- Sprinkle the top of the okonomiyaki with prepared sauce, mayonnaise and katsuobushi
