Easy Okonomiyaki


Ingredients:
  • 200g cabbage, slice thin
  • 100g all purpose flour
  • 1tbsp tapioca flour
  • 2pcs eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 1tsp dashi powder
  • sugar, salt, black pepper
  • Optional: scallions, slice thin
  • Optional topping: ham/slices pork/seafood
For the topping:
  • 2tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsp oyster sauce
  • Mayonnaise sauce
  • Katsuobushi
To-do:
  1. Mix all the ingredients 
  2. Heat pan and add 3tbsp oil to the pan. Fry okonomiyaki like fry eggs, you can adjust the thickness of the okonomiyaki based on your own preferences
  3. Add toppings (ham/slices pork) on top of the wet batter and when the bottom of the batter already dry, flip it over and fry until cooked
  4. For the topping: mix tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce and oyster sauce
  5. Sprinkle the top of the okonomiyaki with prepared sauce, mayonnaise and katsuobushi
