Cream Cheese Whole Wheat Garlic Bread







Ingredients
10 buns

Cream Cheese Filling (mix all together):
  • 200g cream cheese (softened)
  • 20g castor sugar
  • 2tbsp milk

Garlic Butter (mix all together):
  • 50g melted butter
  • 4 minced garlic
  • 1tbsp sweet condensed milk
  • 1/2pcs egg
  • 10g honey / 10g castor sugar
  • 1tbsp milk
  • 1tbsp chopped parsley/oregano
  • pinch salt
Baking time:
Preheat air fryer 160 degrees 10 minutes
Baking 160 degrees 8-10 minutes or until your desired burnt color

To-do:
  1. Cut buns into 6 parts
  2. Mix all cream cheese filling until smooth and refined. Add in piping bag and start filling into the bun
  3. Mix all garlic butter ingredients together. Dip the cream cheese bun into garlic butter sauce
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 160 degree for 8 minutes
  5. You can store in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for tomorrow consumption, 180 degree for 5mins
