Cream Cheese Spaghetti



Ingredients:
  • 450g Spaghetti
  • 250g Cream Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • 4 Garlic gloves, minced
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Optional: broccoli & shrimps (boiled in water first)
To-do:
  1. Cook your pasta until al dente, right before draining, reserve a cup of starchy pasta water
  2. Saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant
  3. Add cream cheese, starchy pasta water and mix well
  4. Add boiled broccoli and shrimps
  5. Add salt & pepper and taste. Your pasta sauce is ready
  6. Add cooked pasta to the pasta sauce and mix well. Serve immediately with chili flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
