
- 450g Spaghetti
- 250g Cream Cheese
- Olive Oil
- 4 Garlic gloves, minced
- Chili flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional: broccoli & shrimps (boiled in water first)
To-do:
- Cook your pasta until al dente, right before draining, reserve a cup of starchy pasta water
- Saute garlic in olive oil until fragrant
- Add cream cheese, starchy pasta water and mix well
- Add boiled broccoli and shrimps
- Add salt & pepper and taste. Your pasta sauce is ready
- Add cooked pasta to the pasta sauce and mix well. Serve immediately with chili flakes and freshly ground black pepper.
