- 1tbsp virgin oil
- 1tbsp butter
- 250g button mushroom
- 40g minced shallot
- 1cloves garlic
- 1/4tsp salt
- 250ml chicken stock
- 30ml heavy cream
- Black pepper
- Optional: Truffle Oil
To-do:
- Add virgin oil and butter. Simmer until the butter melts
- Add minced shallot, garlic and button mushroom. Cook until fragrant
- Add salt to taste
- Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Add little by little. Taste it until the flavor you like
- Add black pepper.
- Using hand mixer to mix all the ingredients into thick soup.
- Add truffle oil
