Mushroom Soup with Truffle Oil



Ingredients:
  • 1tbsp virgin oil
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 250g button mushroom
  • 40g minced shallot
  • 1cloves garlic
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 250ml chicken stock
  • 30ml heavy cream
  • Black pepper
  • Optional: Truffle Oil
To-do:
  1. Add virgin oil and butter. Simmer until the butter melts
  2. Add minced shallot, garlic and button mushroom. Cook until fragrant
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Add little by little. Taste it until the flavor you like
  5. Add black pepper.
  6. Using hand mixer to mix all the ingredients into thick soup.
  7. Add truffle oil
