Ingredients:
1 block of firm tofu
2pcs minced garlic
1tbsp butter
2tbsp sake
2tbsp mirin
1tbsp soy sauce
1tsp sugar
black pepper
chili (optional)
For garnish:
chopped green onion
fried garlic
To-do:
- Cut tofu to desire size and release excess water (put plate filled with water on top of the tofu)
- Pan fried tofu, put aside
- Heat pan and add butter
- Add minced garlic and chili (optional) and add the rest of the ingredients
- Add fried tofu to the sauces and cook until the sauces absorb the tofu
- Garnish with chopped onion and fried garlic
