Tofu Hamburg Steak



Ingredients:
  • 100g minced pork
  • 150g firm tofu
  • 1/2pcs onion
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2tsp sugar
  • 1tsp soy bean sauce
  • 1pcs egg
To-do:
  1. Divide into 3-4 portion. 
  2. Smash the firm tofu by crushing using hand. Put the minced pork and salt. Mix it well until you feel a bit sticky.
  3. Fry onion until half transparent. Set aside and let it cool. You have to let the onion cool or else the hot onion will make the meat become too oily.
  4. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Oil your hand first and remove air from meat by throw the meat from left hand to right hand, vice versa until it feels sticky
  6. Make it round shape, heat oil, put on the pan and press center of the meat
  7. Cook until brown and flip the other side
  8. Add bit water, cover with lid around 5 mins to make sure the center of meat is cooked.
