Paprika Roast Chicken with Airfryer






Ingredients:
  • 1/2kg chicken 
  • 1/3cup canola oil 
  • 6cloves minced garlic
  • 1tbsp ginger paste
  • 1tbsp paprika
  • 1/2tbsp cumin 
  • 1tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1cup chopped celery
  • salt and black pepper
To-do:
  1. Heat pan with oil and minced garlic and cook until fragrant
  2. Add paprika and cumin and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn off the heat.
  3. Add chicken and mix well. 
  4. Marinate overnight in the fridge.
  5. Fry in the air fryer for 10mins 180grad, turn it over and fry for 8mins 160grad.
