- 1/2kg chicken
- 1/3cup canola oil
- 6cloves minced garlic
- 1tbsp ginger paste
- 1tbsp paprika
- 1/2tbsp cumin
- 1tsp red chili flakes (optional)
- 1cup chopped celery
- salt and black pepper
To-do:
- Heat pan with oil and minced garlic and cook until fragrant
- Add paprika and cumin and stir well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn off the heat.
- Add chicken and mix well.
- Marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Fry in the air fryer for 10mins 180grad, turn it over and fry for 8mins 160grad.
