Lemon Cupcakes with Airfryer


Ingredients:
  • 2 fridge eggs
  • 45g sugar
  • 1pcs grated lemon zest
  • 60g flour
  • 1-2tbsp lemon juice (add more for more sourness)
  • 2tbsp water
  • 25g melted butter
Glaze icing (taste for flavor you're looking for, more sweetness or sourness):
  • Lemon juice
  • Icing sugar 
Preheat airfryer: 180grad in 10mins
Baking time: 160grad in 18mins


To-do:
  1. Hand mixing eggs until bit fluffy and add sugar, mixing until light and fluffy.
  2. Add lemon zest and flour, mix well with spatula
  3. Add lemon juice, water and melted butter.
  4. Pour the batter to the prepared cupcakes
  5. Bake with airfryer and ice glazing when it's ready. Bon Appetit!
