Ingredients:
- 2 fridge eggs
- 45g sugar
- 1pcs grated lemon zest
- 60g flour
- 1-2tbsp lemon juice (add more for more sourness)
- 2tbsp water
- 25g melted butter
Glaze icing (taste for flavor you're looking for, more sweetness or sourness):
- Hand mixing eggs until bit fluffy and add sugar, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Add lemon zest and flour, mix well with spatula
- Add lemon juice, water and melted butter.
- Pour the batter to the prepared cupcakes
- Bake with airfryer and ice glazing when it's ready. Bon Appetit!
