To-do:
- Combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil.
- Knead 10-12 times until well mixed. No need to knead the dough long.
- Adding a little flour or water if needed to achieve smooth dough.
- Rest for 10 minutes with a damp towel to prevent dough too dry to roll.
- Divide dough into 8 portions. Roll into round shape with maximum thin it can be. It can't be perfect round. That's what makes homemade food special.
- Cook tortillas directly when 1 portion ready over medium heat until lightly browned. Serve warm.
