- 1tbsp cooking oil
- 4cloves minced garlic
- 1/3cup tomato ketchup
- 1/3cup rice wine
- 1/4cup hot pepper paste (gochujang)
- 1tbsp vinegar
To-do:
- Heat pan and put oil and minced garlic, saute until fragrant
- Add tomato ketchup, rice wine, hot pepper paste and vinegar and simmer the mixture for about 3 minutes. Keep the heat low.
- Turn off the heat and mix with the fried chicken.
For fried chicken you can use below recipe:
Recipe for about 1/2kg chicken
- 1tsp black pepper
- 1tsp salt
- 1/2cup potato starch powder
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
To-do:
- Rinse and drain chicken wings & thighs
- Add black pepper and salt
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Fry using airfryer, sprinkle oil above the chicken and fry 180grad for 10mins, turn it over and fry again for 4mins.
