Ingredients:
- 1 Block Soft Tofu (Steam around 5 mins)
- 3 Dried Shitake Mushroom (cut into small pieces)
- 3-4pcs Shallot
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Water
- Corn Starch dissolved in 20ml water
Marinating Pork (mix all below ingredients and put it aside for 15mins):
- 120g Minced Pork
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Cooking Wine
- 1/2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Sesame Oil
- Salt and White Pepper
To-do:
- Fry pan shallot and garlic until fragrant
- Add marinating pork, stir well, cook and add shiitake mushroom
- Add the rest of the ingredients except corn starch, cook until fragrant and taste the flavor
- Then add corn starch when the taste is ok
- Slice tofu to your desire size
- Pour cooked minced pork and green onion to the top of tofu
- Enjoy!
