Ingredients:
- 3 egg yolks
- 50g milk
- 35g oil
- 10g sugar
- 1tsp matcha
- 50g cake flour/flour
- 2 slices cheese slice
- 3 egg whites (from fridges) + 30g sugar -> beat egg white
- Optional: Almond flakes on top
For around 174x164x70mm Philips baking pan
Preheat airfryer: 180 degrees for 10mins
Bake time: 160 degrees for 10mins, 140 degrees for 20mins
To-do:
- Boil milk, oil and sugar in a pan until half boiling (around 60 degrees)
- Add matcha through a sieve and mix well
- Add cake flour through a sieve and mix well
- Add egg yolks one by one and mix well
- Strain through a sieve to remove lumps
- Meanwhile, preheated air fryer 180 degrees for 10 minutes
- Beat cold egg white with sugar, add sugar in three times until reach soft peak
- Pour some amount of beaten egg white to the preserved batter and mix well
- Then pour all the batter to the beaten egg white and mix well
- Pour half of the mixture to the baking pan then add 2 slices cheese
- And pour the rest of the mixture
- Before baking, pound baking pan to release bubble
