
- 250g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
- 70g Sugar
- 160g Eggs / 3 eggs
- 200g Milk
- 15g Matcha Powder
- 20g Flour
For 14cm round pan
Preheat airfryer: 200 degrees for 10mins
Bake time: 180 degrees for 20mins
To-do:
- Boil milk and matcha in a pot, mix well and let it cool
- Stir cream cheese to smooth and add sugar (divide into 2 times) until no more sugar particles seen
- Add eggs (divide into 2-3 times) and mix well
- Add matcha milk through the sieve (to prevent unsolved matcha) and mix well
- Add flour through the sieve and mix well
- Pour the batter through the sieve (for smoothness) into round pan
- Pound round pan 3 times to release bubble
When it's ready, let it cool and then put into fridge for 1 night and cover the top with plastic wrap.
