Matcha Burnt Cheesecake with Airfryer




Ingredients:

  • 250g Cream Cheese (room temperature)
  • 70g Sugar
  • 160g Eggs / 3 eggs
  • 200g Milk
  • 15g Matcha Powder
  • 20g Flour
For 14cm round pan
Preheat airfryer: 200 degrees for 10mins
Bake time: 180 degrees for 20mins

To-do:
  1. Boil milk and matcha in a pot, mix well and let it cool
  2. Stir cream cheese to smooth and add sugar (divide into 2 times) until no more sugar particles seen
  3. Add eggs (divide into 2-3 times) and mix well
  4. Add matcha milk through the sieve (to prevent unsolved matcha) and mix well
  5. Add flour through the sieve and mix well
  6. Pour the batter through the sieve (for smoothness) into round pan
  7. Pound round pan 3 times to release bubble
When it's ready, let it cool and then put into fridge for 1 night and cover the top with plastic wrap.
