Ingredients:
- Bean sprout
- Chopped garlic
- Green onion
- Chilli
For Sauce:
- 2tbsp soybean sauce
- 1tsp sugar
- Sesame oil
- White pepper
- Black pepper
- Salt
To-do:
- Boil bean sprout for around 2mins
- Preheat pan and add oil, chopped garlic, chilli and white green onion and fry until fragrant
- Stir in bean sprouts and fry for 1mins
- Stir sauce and green onion
- Cook and stir until as done as you like
- Taste if it is the taste you like
- Serve immediately
