- 1kg oxtail

- 1tbsp butter
- 1pcs middle size bombay (cut into small dice)
- 2cm ginger (pressed)
- 3pcs minced garlic
- 5pcs cloves (cengkeh)
- 1/4pcs nutmeg (biji pala)
- 3cm cinnamon (kayu manis)
Step 3
- 500g carrot (cut into bite size)
- 400g potato (cut into bite size)
- 2pcs tomato (cut into small dice)
- salt
- chicken essence
- white pepper
Topping:
Crackers, green onions, celery, fried onions
To-do:
Step 1
- Boil oxtail to remove excess blood, take out the oxtail and fried a bit to make it fragrant
- Put into pressure cooker, with water cover up the oxtail. Cook until desire texture.
- Remove excess oil.
- Remove pressure cooker lid and use the pressure cooker as usual pan
Step 2
- Heat pan, put butter and fry bombay, ginger and garlic
- Insert cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon. Fry until fragrant
- Pour these ingredients into oxtail soup
Step 3
- Put in carrot, potato and tomato into the oxtail soup, cook until soft.
- Sprinkle salt, chicken essence and white pepper. Taste the soup.
- Garnish with leek, celery and fried onions.
- I like to eat my oxtail with the mixture of sweet sauce + chilli

or easier step:
- Blanch oxtail and stir fry until brown color.
- In another pan, do step 2
- Then add all the ingredients into pressure cooker, cook for 30 minutes.
