Minced Pork Balls 豬肉丸



Ingredients:
500g minced pork
100g ice cube or change with 1pcs egg 
10g tapioka starch
5pcs shiitake mushroom (wash, steam and cut into small cubes)
1tsp white pepper
1tbsp salt
1tsp chicken essence

To-do:

  • Put all ingredients and mix in the mixer until smooth texture formed
  • Prepare plate for steaming the pork balls and put steam paper on the plate
  • Make round or your preferred form of pork balls
  • Put all the pork balls on the plate and steam for around 15mins
