Green Beans + Minced Pork 四季豆炒碎肉



Ingredients:
400g pork minced meat
400g green beans
20g dried shrimps / 蝦米
15g garlic
15g chili

Sauce:
1/2 tsp sugar
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp rice wine
salt

To-do:

  • Put oil and fry green beans until half cooked. Set aside.
  • Dry fry the minced meat until it has changed color, add dried shrimps, garlic and chili.
  • Add green beans and the rest of sauce.
  • Cook until all blend well.
