Ingredients:
150g All Purpose Flour
50g Tapioca Flour
Bit of Salt
2pcs Egg
160-200ml Sparkling Water
20g Oil
To-do:
- Cut nian gao into bite size
- Prepare bit of purpose flour on the dry plate, layer the nian gao with the flour
- In another bowl, mix all above ingredients. The flour layered nian gao, put into mixed batter bowl.
- Fry on the pre-heated oil. Fry until gold brown.
- Ready to serve :)
