Deep Fried Nian Gao 炸年糕



Ingredients:
150g All Purpose Flour
50g Tapioca Flour
Bit of Salt
2pcs Egg
160-200ml Sparkling Water
20g Oil

To-do:

  • Cut nian gao into bite size
  • Prepare bit of purpose flour on the dry plate, layer the nian gao with the flour
  • In another bowl, mix all above ingredients. The flour layered nian gao, put into mixed batter bowl.
  • Fry on the pre-heated oil. Fry until gold brown.
  • Ready to serve :)
