Pork & Kimchi Donburi



Ingredients:
150g Sliced Pork
150g Kimchi
1/4 Cabbage (cut to eat size)
1/2 Small Onion (long cut)
1 Green Onion (long cut and divide white and green parts)
Salt
Black Pepper
1tsp Soy Sauce (depends on the sourness of kimchi)
1tsp Mirin

White Sesame for garnish

To do:

  • Cook white parts of green onion with small onion until it's fragrant.
  • Add cabbage, salt and black pepper and cook well and set aside.

  • Using same pan, cook sliced pork and kimchi until desired tenderness.
  • Add cooked cabbage in the pan, soy sauce and mirin.
  • Add green parts of green onion.
  • Stir well.
  • Add white sesame for garnish. Guten Appetit!
