Pork Hamburger Steak

Ingredients:
200g minced pork or 70% minced beef & 30% minced pork (room temperature)
50g onions, cut small dice
35g milk
15g breadcrumbs
1/2 eggs
salt
white pepper and black pepper
Rice wine

Sauce:
2tbs water
1tbs mirin
1tbs rice wine
1tbs soya sauce
1tsp sugar

For 2 portions


Instructions:

  1. Fried onions until brown and let it cool before mix to minced pork
  2. Pour milk to the breadcrumbs 
  3. Mix all the ingredients (include onions & soaked breadcrumbs) and mix well
  4. Divide the minced pork into desire size 
  5. Oil your hand first and remove air from meat by throw the meat from left hand to right hand, vice versa until it feels sticky
  6. Make it round shape, heat oil, put on the pan and press center of the meat
  7. Cook until brown and flip the other side
  8. Add bit water and rice wine, cover with lid around 5mins to make sure the center of meat is cooked
  9. You can use chopstick to check if the meat is already cooked
  10. For sauce: use the same pan, mix all sauce until the sauce is boiling and it is ready to serve
  11. You can also change the sauce with mustard
For side dish:
Add salt, black pepper and oil to the side dish and air fried for 13-15mins in 180 degrees or until desired doneness.
