Shrimp Tempura



Ingredients:

  • 8pcs shrimp (buy big one for bigger tempura), 3-4 tiny slide (in inner side of the shrimp) and stretch the shrimp body, so the shrimp won't bent down during frying. Then dry it with kitchen towel.
  • Bread flour
Flour paste:
  • Cake flour 50gr
  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon
  • bit of dried bonito flakes 
  • Eggs 1/2-1 piece
  • bit of milk (depend on the thickness of the paste)
How to do:
  • Mix all flour paste, put the milk based on thickness of the paste (don't too watery vice versa)
  • Layer the shrimp to the flour paste and cover with bread flour
  • Fry in the preheated oil 180 degrees
