Ingredients:
- 8pcs shrimp (buy big one for bigger tempura), 3-4 tiny slide (in inner side of the shrimp) and stretch the shrimp body, so the shrimp won't bent down during frying. Then dry it with kitchen towel.
- Bread flour
Flour paste:
- Cake flour 50gr
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- bit of dried bonito flakes
- Eggs 1/2-1 piece
- bit of milk (depend on the thickness of the paste)
How to do:
- Mix all flour paste, put the milk based on thickness of the paste (don't too watery vice versa)
- Layer the shrimp to the flour paste and cover with bread flour
- Fry in the preheated oil 180 degrees
