Bibimbap




Actually cooking bibimbap is very easy, just use all vegetables you have in your fridge.
What I have cooked last night, as follow:

Ingredients:
  • Spinach
  • Black fungus
  • Carrot
  • Soybean sprouts
  • Zucchini
  • Danmuji - Korean yellow pickled radish
  • Kimchi
  • Chopped garlic
  • Beef
  • Gochujang - Korean chili paste
  • Eggs
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame seed

To do:
For vegetables:
  • Spinach: boiled, cut in desire length, add bit chopped garlic, sesame oil, salt, sesame seed, mix well
  • Black fungus: mix with salt, sauteing on pan
  • Carrot & Zucchini: mix with salt, drain the water and sauteing pan
  • Soybean sprouts: boiled until cooked, get out of the water, add salt, garlic and sesame oil
Others:
  • Beef: marinate with chopped garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and cook on a pan 
  • Danmuji & Kimchi: cut in desire size
  • Egg: fried with sunny side up
Plating:
Put all vegetables, beef, fried eggs and green onions on top of the rice and add gochujang, sesame oil and sesame seeds.
