Ingredients:
Use your favorite ingredients or what you have in your fridge :)
- few slices butternut squash / pumpkin
- few pieces beans
- few slices lotus root
- few pieces okra
Tempura Dipping Sauce (Tentsuyu):
- 150ml dashi broth / water + dashi powder
- 1/2 table spoon mirin
- 1/2 tea spoon sugar
- 2 1/2 table spoon soy sauce
Tempura Batter:
- Mix all tempura sauce ingredients and cook until boiling (sugar dissolved). Put aside.
- Mix all tempura batter, but keep in mind the batter should not mix well, let it puffy.
- Coat a bit of flour on every ingredients then apply tempura batter to fry.
- Preheated oil to 180 degrees and fry till golden brown.
- Ready to serve with tempura sauce.
