Ingredients:
Oil (depend on how many onions and garlics)
Onion and Garlic (minced)
370g Tomaten alGusto (Kräuter)
200g Whipped cream
1pack Spaghetti noodles
5stick surimi crab (oblique cut) and several pieces of salmon (or other seafood, depend on your preferences)
Approx. 4tsp Sugar
Approx. 2tsp Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions.
Heat the oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until light brown, stirring occasionally. Stir the tomato and whipped cream. Mix well. Add sugar and salt (depend on each preferences) with comparison sugar have to more than salt.
Stir the seafoods and cook until the seafoods are cooked through. Serve the seafood mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle a little bit pepper on the spaghetti before serving.

320 grams flour (a bit more if the dough is too sticky)
2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
150 grms mashed sweet potatoes
3 tbsp sugar
30 grms
butter
100 ml water

Methods
In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together and knead for about
6-7 minutes until you get nice smooth dough. Add some extra flour if it’s so
sticky. Cover the bowl with a dry kitchen towel and let it rise for an hour or
double it size at a warm place.
Punch down the dough and remove onto a floured work tabletop. Roll out the
dough to about 1/4" thick and cut the dough out into rounds with a donuts
cutter. Gather the snaps and re-roll, then cut out more donuts.
Place donuts on parchment paper,cover and let rise for 20 minutes or until
they feel light and spongy.
Heat oil for deep-frying in a frying pan over medium heat. Slip a few donuts
into the oil at a time, leaving enough room for them to expand. Make sure that
the oil is not too hot otherwise the donuts will not be cooked.
When the donuts are golden brown, turn them over and cook the other side. It
takes about 2–3 minutes to cook through. When donuts are done, remove from oil
and drain the oil on paper towels before rolling them in sugar.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
300g all-purpose flour
100g rice flour
1 1/2 cups of coconut milk (or 1 1/2 cups of orange juice if you don't like coconut milk)
1/2 pack backing powder
a bit drop of unflavour-dye
Instructions:
1. Mix eggs and sugar in a large bowl and mix it with the flour (already mixed with backing powder) and 1/2 portion of coconut milk until they make a smooth batter.
2. Add rice flour and the rest coconut milk. Mix well.
3. Add the colour and mix it well.
4. Cover approx. 12 tin cups used to steam cake (see pic below) with parchment papers then put them into a steamer pot with boiling water.
5. Pour the batter into the tin almost to the top. Do this untill all the batter is used up.
6. Close the steamer lid, let it steamed für approximately 15 minutes with high temperature. Get out the cakes and ready to serve.
N.B :
- Remember to steam the cake with boiled water. You can boil the water during preparation.
- Never open the steamer lid before the time.
